Return Policy

Returns 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind - exchanges only.

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards. However, if your item is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund. 

To qualify for a refund due to transit damage:

  • You must notify us within 5 days of receiving order
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging 
  • Proof of damage will be required

Exchange 

 To be eligible for an exchange: 

  • Items must be unused 
  • In its original condition 
  • Returned in their original packaging 
  • Returned within 5 days of receiving order
Sale Items

All sale items can not be refunded or exchanged.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 5-7 days to receive your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can stay up-to-date.

If you have selected local delivery, please allow up to 2-3 days to receive your order.
