Made up of 4 layers, fused together to make one beautiful piece, our alphabet range is a real statement to have hanging on your door or wall. We have 5 sizes available however custom sizes and fused letters can be made to order via request.

Product Sizing

 

We make every effort to accurately describe the size of our range before you buy, so that you know exactly what you will receive in the mail. There is nothing worse than buying an item online and finding out on arrival, that its the wrong size!

We don’t want to waste your time and we want you to get exactly what you expect, every single time. Check out the below diagrams to help you purchase the size perfectly, and feel free to send us a message with any questions before you buy.

The height of the design is measured from top to bottom of the letter itself. This way we can ensure that multiple letters will line up perfectly when placed next to each other. The width is measured as shown on each diagram.

We have taken the time to measure this particular design and display its size below.

Product surface finish

 

As each piece is individually cut using a high powered laser, the wood-burn look may differ from piece to piece. As the design gets larger, there will be less ‘burn’ as the cut lines are further apart. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Material – What is MDF?

 

MDF is a wood called MDF which in layman’s terms, can be defined as panel products made from wood that has been pulverised into tiny fibers, heated, mixed with glue, pressed to a consistent thickness, dried, and cut to size. This material is widely used today and can be found in furniture, cabinets, workshops, houses, etc, etc

We manufacture our Mandalas out of MDF because MDF does not have a grain and has a consistent colour and texture throughout. This makes it very reliable when it comes to cutting and engraving and ensures our products maintain a reliable high quality standard.

MDF can swell if it gets wet so our MDF products are intended for indoor use only.

 

Lead time and Shipping

 

As soon as you place your order, we will cut and ship your item within 7 working days of receiving payment (but usually quicker!). We ship your order Via Australia Post or Fastway and you can typically expect your order to arrive within 1 to 4 business days depending where you are located in Australia. All of our items are tracked and you will be provided tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our workshop.

At SJB Laser, we put a huge amount of effort into making sure our products are represented online as close to the real thing as possible. Our commitment to you is to make sure you really are happy with your purchase and in order to remove any doubt, we guarantee our service in the following ways:

 

  • Lost or broken in transit? We’ll ship another one!

We take full responsibility for the safe arrival of your order (we know couriers are rough at times) and if your delivery driver decides to ‘Frisbee’ your package over the fence, we’ll have another one on the way asap. We won’t start another customers order until yours is on its way to your address.

 

  • Late arrival? Full Refund!

In the event that we take longer than we promised to ship your order (you can expect your order to have left our workshop in 7 days from payment received) and you miss your event/function, we will refund you in full, shipping included. We track all of our orders and provide you with this information upon delivery so we advise you allow 10 full working days from making payment to having your order delivered to your door.

SHIPPING GUIDE

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centre, which is located in Melbourne, the next working day after full payment is received.

Please note: Due to high volume of orders, inventory level keep changing in seconds. If stock is not available we may contact you and let you know the estimate time of arrival. Our team is available 24/7 to help you with any questions you have. Also, due to COVID-19 ETA is reference only, the date will be updated according to shipments.

AUSTRALIA POST

Item that weighs 22 kg or less will be dispatched with eParcel that is Australia Post’s Internet enabled freight system.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of
your item at various points in the delivery process via Australia Post’s online tracking tool.

When your order is dispatched, you will be given a consignment number.
You can use the number to track your order at the Australia Post’s website.

FASTWAY COURIERS

For item that weighs below 22kg with a lower cost than eParcel, the item will be dispatched with Fastway. You will receive an email confirmation of your order including a tracking number, as soon as your orders are dispatched. Fastway provides reliable courier distribution service across Australia. Their comprehensive fleet and professional team will ensure items delivered safely to your door.

Parcels dispatched with Fastway are collected from our premises on a daily basis. Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to view the location of your item at various points in the delivery process via Fastway’s website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Fastway’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

To track item that is dispatched width Fastway, please visit http://www.fastway.com.au and use the given tracking number.

ALLIED EXPRESS

Parcel that weighs over 22 kg will be dispatched with Allied Express. Allied Express is the biggest and independently owned courier company in Australia with offices in all major mainland capitals.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Allied Express website. Allied Express will contact you prior to delivery via SMS or phone number.

Allied Express requires consignment note and the postcode of the destination to track item at http://alliedexpress.com.au/ or call 131373 for more queries.

TOLL

Parcel with weigh less than 30kg can be dispatched with Toll. Toll is a major integrated logistics provider with an Asia Pacific focus. They provide safe, secure transport services.

Each parcel will carry a barcoded address label and you will be able to track you items through the Toll website.

A non- PO Box address is required for Toll’s delivery. If you fail to provide the correct information, your parcel will not be dispatched until the accurate information is received by our customer service team.

If the delivery is missed, you should receive a card with instructions on how to find your parcel. You can visit Toll website to arrange a re-delivery.

With the tracking number, you can track the parcel anytime at https://www.tollgroup.com/tools/mytoll

Undeliverable Packages

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email.

Inaccurate address

If there are any address discrepancies with your order the product is returned us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will occur for any products that are returned to us.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mail box for you to pick
up your parcel in your local Post Office. If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express, arrangement will be made in advance to ensure
your item to arrive at your door at your convenience. A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

Rejected by Receiver

If your item is a gift, please ensure the receiver knows about it to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will occur if parcel has to be resent.

The expected time delivery given by each courier is for reference only. Delivery might take longer than expected due to various
reasons. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team.

Pick up or arranging your own courier is not available at our warehouse to ensure our distribution centre can dispatch all goods efficiently at all times.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP TO MY CUSTOMERS?

NOTE:

Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some items. If the postcode is not on the list, please check if the item can be sent to the suburb with the postage query bar on the product page. The extra shipping fee will be added to the order directly if the order can be delivered with an extra shipping fee. Those orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically with email notification. Please kindly contact your account executive for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully if the extra postage can not be obtained by the postage query bar.
